This Refund Policy applies exclusively to digital products and online services purchased directly through Sphere Grow’s official website or authorized platforms. As all of our offerings are delivered digitally — including subscriptions, online courses, downloadable content, SaaS tools, and digital licenses — no physical products are involved.
Eligibility for a Refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
• Refunds for the current billing period are only issued if you qualify under Section 2 above.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period unless a verified technical issue prevented access.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
• Digital products that have been downloaded, streamed, or accessed.
• One-time setup fees or onboarding charges.
• Add-ons or upgrades that have been activated and used.
• Promotional purchases, discounted bundles, or special offers — unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team with the following information:

• Order or invoice number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation (if applicable)

Processing Time
Once a refund request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account. Sphere Grow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in account suspension while the dispute is under review.
We take all disputes seriously and will cooperate fully with your payment provider to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
